Who we are

CADENCE is defined as the beat, time, or measure of rhythmical motion or activity.  When it comes to running, everything is in CADENCE , your feet, your arm swing, your breathing, your heartbeat, etc.  It is the foundation and cornerstone of this unique gait pattern we call running. In 2014, I started Cadence Run Coaching out of my passion for running and desire to help others reach that same level of passion and contentment.  The only thing I enjoyed more than running and achieving my own running goals, was seeing others share my passion, and helping them reach their fitness and competitive goals through running.  If you're reading this, you too have an interest in the most primitive form of sport we call running.  We hope you will let our coaches help you run safer, faster, and for longer, so that you too can reach, and likely surpass, your running goals. Cadence is committed to providing scientifically and evidenced based coaching for runners and triathletes led by CERTIFIED COACHES, PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND EXPERIENCED RUNNERS.
