Have your running gait evaluated by a professional. You will be video recorded from front, the side and from behind to thoroughly detail your running gait pattern. The results will be written into a report detailing gait deviations that could possibly lead to injury, or at the least, a less efficient running pattern. You will also be given stretches, strengthening exercises and tips to become the most efficient runner possible.
