Once the fitness inventory questionnaire is completed and returned, your current fitness level and goals will be used to develop a highly individualized plan that will be emailed to you for each month purchased. You will be encouraged to pick a goal race with a goal distance and finishing time in mind. In addition to the training plan for that month, you will have weekly phone or email communication with your coach to discuss the progress made each week and whether or not adjustments are needed to fine tune your training. You will also be given unlimited access to inquire about such topics as running physiology, running form, common injuries, basic nutrition, phases of training, etc.
